Who are these organizations? Well, three of the galaxy’s biggest groups, the Federation, Cardassian Union, and Romulan Empire each created a convert special forces organization that works, sometimes, completely outside their own laws in an attempt to sway the fates to their people. We dive into the details, when these organizations first formed, their appearances in TV and film, and some of what Section 31 is doing on Star Trek: Discovery.
